Frame | Built with Reynolds 531. Extra fine cut-away lugs. Seat tube 21½" centre to top. Top tube 21½" Centre to centre. Nivex rear drop-outs to release the rear wheel without touching the chain. Brazed on fittings for Osgear. |
Wheels | Rear Nivex hub built to go with the rear drop-out, front matching Nivex on Dunlop alloy 27" HP rims |
Chainset | Three-arm 'Simplex' with double Simplex rings 48/45. Hollow bottom-bracket axle |
Pedals | Allez alloy |
Gears | 4-Speed 'Super Champion Tour de France Professional' for 3/32" chain with patent automatic 'Sauvard' detensioning device. Super Campion front changer believed to have been added later. |
Brakes | LAM Super Dural |
Stem/Bars | S Maes 'Tour de France' bars with Titan stem 7cm. |
