Wheels | Fiamme Pista (no braking surface) rims on BHC Airlite anodised red large-flange hubs, 32/40 spoking |
Chainset | Stronglight 49D cranks with 5-pin to 6-arm single-speed adaptor, 50T TA ring on Stronglight BB with TA axle |
Pedals | Campagnolo Pista with Christophe clips |
Gears | Single speed fixed |
Brakes | Universal 51 side pull - front only |
Stem/Bars | Cinelli Piste steel bars (38cm) on Cinelli badged Piste stem (12.5cm) |
Saddle | Brooks B17 with copper rivets on Campagnolo twin-bolt seat post |
Extra details | Resprayed by Mario Vaz. A F Mills was located at 108 Welling High Street, Kent, close to Holmes of Welling. They closed late 1950s. Several builders with Olympic rings on their head badge were formed in 1948 (London Olympics). If anyone knows more of A F Mills please inforn webmaster. |
