Paris/Rensch Path (track) - 1946

Frame Rensch/Paris lugless tack frame no. 1432- 1946; seat tube 23¼"; top tube 22¾"; chainstays 16¾"; wheelbase 41½"; twin-plate fork crown with round blades with 2¼" rake;
Wheels Alvin Smith was kind enough to sell me a pair of Jantes Clement timber rimmed wheels.  I've not ridden it with them on as Alvin was clear that they were for display purposes only, having been repaired following splits in the timber.
Chainset Gnutti steel cottered with 49T ring on Baylis Wiley unit bottom-bracket
Pedals Cyclo track pedals with Christophe clips and Binda straps
Gears Single-speed double-fixed 14/16
Brakes N/A
Stem/Bars 4¼" alloy stem with 17" alloy Piste bars
Saddle Ideale Type 59 with leather top and deep section alloy rails
Extra details It is believed that this frame has the original purple finish and transfers
