Frame Paris 'Tour de France' - frame no. 1886 - 1948/49 - 24" seat tube - 23" top tube - 17" chainstays - 11" bottom bracket height - welded frame with bi-laminated lugs at head tube - Stallard rear ends - pump pegs under top tube - seat stay, round mudguard eyes and reinforcing lugs to round brake bridge, fluted at top.    Forks 2 ½" rake - oval to round - twin plate crown - lamp boss RH blade - seat clip diam 28.5
Wheels Gnutti small flange hubs - 32/40 - rear gear/fixed - 15/17 double butted spokes – Fiamme sprint rims  with Vittoria tubs
